MEDI and its member attorneys:
- Frequently participate in amicus curiae briefs on behalf of property owners, tenants and displaced persons in the appellate courts in Minnesota.
- Participate in numerous lectures, seminars, training programs and continuing legal education courses to inform others about eminent domain and relocation law in Minnesota.
- Provide lobbying efforts at the Minnesota legislature to promote legislation that is in the best interests of property owners, tenants and displaced persons.
